PatentFlip does not charge any commissions, broker fees, referral fees, or any other fees related to the sale or licensing of patents. We only charge a subscription fee for sellers to list their intellectual property on our platform.
PatentFlip allows buyers, sellers, and parties interested in licensing to communicate directly through our internal messaging system. Users are free to negotiate their own terms for sale or licensing agreements. PatentFlip does not mediate, negotiate, or interfere with these discussions and does not make any guarantees about outcomes.
PatentFlip does not guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy, or enforceability of any listings, patents, or user claims. We do not endorse or verify the quality, ownership, or legal standing of the intellectual property listed on the site.
A paid subscription is required to list a patent on PatentFlip. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your listing will remain active through the end of your billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms and Conditions, misuses the platform, or engages in fraudulent or harmful behavior.
PatentFlip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform or any transaction that takes place through it.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
